Assalamu alaikum wr wb,

Sebenarnya keinginan untuk mencoba makanan mentah ini sudah terbersit sejak lama Curiosity yang membuncah. Cuma saya ini orangnya agak konservatif, jadi awalnya nggak terbiasa sama yang nggak biasa.

Ketika bertemu dengan teman-teman yang suka banget sushi dan sashimi, eh saya hamil, jadinya g bisa ikut menikmati. Kemudian Apalo lahir dengan membawa turunan alergian ya sudah, hampir 1.5 tahun saya menghindari makan seafood secara umum. Akhirnya belum ada kesempatan untuk mencoba.

Assalamualaikum wr wb.

Hello the good readers, hope you are all healthy and happy. Di rumah pada tepar, my baby is positively diagnosed with typhoid fever setelah hampir seminggu ngak nguk rewel nggak jelas. Remember my last post? Kemarin malam panasnya memuncak menjadi 39 derajat dan akhirnya ibuk cuss bawa ke DSA langganan–baru sebulan lalu dikunjungi dengan keluhan demam tinggi juga. Kemudian periksa darah lengkap dan positif ada bakteri Salmonella. Hiks deeek, kamu suka mungut-mungut sembarang masuk mulut siiih…

Alhamdilillah malam ini udah turun demamnya, dan lumayan nyenyak tidurnya, hiks ibuk nggak ronda insyaAlloh malem ini 😭.

Pada dasarnya, Italian cuisine merupakan salah satu makanan kesukaan saya—selain masakan padang, hehehe…—karena saya suka keju dan daging. Aah… so I never say no to pizza, pasta, lasagna, or anything you could mention. Yang penting baik dan halal. :D karena itu saya sering bereksperimen membuat pasta, yang ujung-ujung nya saya makan sendiri, dan sampai detik ini tidak pernah mengecewakan. *kibas poni. red velvet cake for cookie

Yesterday was my cookie’s birthday, and the previous day I bought a velvet cakes from Kuki Donuts and Bakery. I know he barely can even eat the cake, yet I made some shoots. I sent him by email… hahaha…

Okay, the cake consists of three layers of Buah Naga sponge cake with cheese cream topping. Then I added red grapes as decoration since I didn’t like the lame-former-red-heart-fondant decoration. I like the cheese cream the most, soft and yummy, not too sweet with full of cheese flavor.

Last Saturday I asked my friend to take me lunch and we went to Moshiro, a place of fusion Korean Street cuisines. We ordered bulgogi set menu, it’s called by Bulgogi Dosirak. It simply looks like a bento for me. The set includes rice (ssal), stirred sliced bulgogi (I think it’s tasted like teriyaki, no offense), veggies kimchi pancakes, a slice of frying egg roll and two bites of water melon.

Alhamdulillah Ramadhan datang membawa berkah.. Sudah lama berselang sejak postingan terakhir. Bukannya mau berkeluh kesah atau apa jujur saja, koneksi internet disini membuatku (agag) gila… Dengan keterbatasan akhirnya bisa ngeposting.. Yeay!!..

Pernahkah anda mengunjungi pasar tradisional?

Di Kota Bogor terdapat beberapa pasar tradisional, namun yang satu ini merupakan pasar yang bisa ditemui di malam hari, alias traditional night market. Sering disebut Pasar Bogor, terletak disekitar Plaza Bogor, depan pintu utama Kebun Raya Bogor. Membentang di sepanjang jalan dengan ramai riuh rendah mulai pukul 11 malam.

Beberapa saat lalu, sehabis menonton Battleship di Bogor Trade Mall, saya bersama Reginers lain >> Kakak Mei, Kakak Rian, Winda dan Ibu Veni belanja sayur mayur disini. Well, you’ll find anykind of fresh veggies and fruits and fishes and anything you want.. sampai bingung kita belanjanya.

Siang itu sehabis mengantar drh. Vivid ke pool bis di Tajur, saya dan Uni Jdjy kelaparan dan akhirnya memilih santap siang nasi timbel di M11. Berdasarkan rekomendasi banyak orang, tempat itu memang terkenal enak, dan that was my first time sodara-sodara. Nah sepulangnya dari sana, saya dan Uni Jdjy mengompori anak-anak kosan untuk ke sana juga.

Jumat pagi menjelang siang pukul setengah sebelas pergilah kami menuju Kampus Baranang Siang. Saya, Kak Mey, Ibu dan Citra sedangkan Kak Rian sudah menyusul. Jadilah kita brunch di Nasi Timbel M 11 dan itu sudah diniatin untuk nggak sarapan (disponsori oleh Ibu Veni yang murah hati, semoga rejekinya lancaaar amiiien :D). Continue reading →

Dimulai dari keinginan sodara Rianti JDJY untuk membuat camilan sehat, jadilah kami Reginers malam ini membuat Klepon sodara-sodara. Saya ditugaskan untuk belanja bahan-bahan Klepon hari Rabu lalu, dan berangkatlah saya ke Agro (kios sayur mayur di Jalan Babakan Raya) sepulang dari mengembalikan Toga (T,T) dan mengambil ijasah di Rektorat (horeee.. udah jadi dong ijasahnya).

Dengan bermodalkan duit Sepuluh ribu rupiah yang dimandatkan oleh Uni kita tercinta, saya membawa pulang tepung beras ketan, tepung beras dan seikat daun pandan. Bahan lain seperti kelapa muda dan gula untungnya sudah tersedia di Kulkas.. (hahahaha…) Continue reading →
